  • Fast, even, and safe cooling

    The suction circulation cooling system ensures even cooling throughout the cabinet. It prevents partial freezing and reduces food surface drying, while rapidly chilling food.

  • Maintain hygiene

    The waterproof fan motor allows the entire inside of the cabinet to be washed, making it hygienic. They can also be dried with the door closed.(option)*

  • Automatic cleaning function

    After cooking, simply add the special cleaning agent into the cabinet and press the cleaning button on the control panel. The system automatically handles rinsing and drying, greatly reducing your daily cleaning time.

    • Organizing Seminars

      Cooking seminars are held mainly for blast chillers. We will introduce proposals for utilizing blast chillers in combination with steam convection ovens and various other equipment.
